OFFICIAL Make America Healthy Again Game Thread - Featuring Dr Anthony Chaffee

I'll pass on the Tug - it tends to lead to feelings of tension and aggression for me.

Very unhealthy.

I take a look once in a while, but that's just to see who's still alive. I think Unleashed killed SLBOB with all his rage posting - and I'm a little worried Race might follow in those those footsteps. Hope not - Race is good people.

I’ve seen @dflea in real life smoking weed with Tug aggression. Ya’ll don’t want any of that midget, fish fucker, clam digger rage.

I get it. I'm overdue for a sabbatical myself.
Not many people left from the old days of Unleashed. The over/under is of course 5.

I think the claims about raising cattle driving climate change are pretty silly (TITTT).
They are, however, a very water-intensive protein source which is going to be problematic in the Colorado River drainage. Look at the stats on how much of the river's flow goes livestock (feed) production.
IFL steak and can cook 'em better than most here. But come on you guys, we need more twatts about oatmeal, sardines and exercise. And more nuance around Omega 6 and Omega 3, etc. I love olive oil and avocado oil have been using them for years. But I'm not gonna cook a pancake with those oils. And I'm not gonna worry about using a little canola oil here and there.
Don't all these tik tokkers and YouTubers know that stress is a killer?

I would also add that it is very challenging to see an industrial cattle feed lot and logically conclude "you know, that's the thing I should eat all the time to be healthier".
Those things are disgusting. They're tasty but I have no illusions about going all in on making that my only or even primary protein source.

The best pancakes are basically fried cakes in a half inch of canola. Mother fucking delicious with the golden crispy edges. Just set them on some Bounty paper towels for a couple minutes.
I am also big on oatmeal and buy the organic whole oats from Costco. You can make all sorts of awesome tasting oatmeal with fresh ingredients tossed in. Just don't use non-organic oats.

Pesticide linked to reproductive issues found in Cheerios, Quaker Oats and other oat-based foods

I've been a Bob's Red Mill (ogranic) steel cut oats for years. Oatmeal is literally the most nutritious breakfast food there is.
Oh but muh "carbs" as is if all grain consumption is the same.

Industrial pigs, chickens and cows have some ick factor no doubt.
Hard to keep the hoi polloi fed off organic, grass fed, free range critters though I suspect.
I don't know what the solution is.
