I hate money, so I think I'm going to slap down $10.95 and become a new insider on DM, claiming that my nephew's best friend is a local five-star who's not only committing to UW in the next two weeks, but really close to bringing three other in-state blue chips with him when he does. The adoration I'll receive for a week or two may even be enough to help me decide that living is still worth it.

Then again... $10.95 is an average-to-decent six pack, so... I think I'll do that instead.
