I had to double check and look because I was confused why she was involved with social media at all, but she’s actually the director of digital AND NIL strategy. With her background, she is qualified for the digital aspect and that’s what she seems to be focusing on. The NIL strategy piece needs to be at least one, full-time dedicated FTE (with a team of 3-4 under them). So as much hate as ramming has got, this is really on Jen for cheaping out and hiring one person for two roles (where she is only qualified for one).

It’s not just that. Oregon has an actual fucking corporation handling it. They are basically saying “here’s our corporate recruitment slush fund”. One hand has Phil Knight, 3-4 executives, and dozens of sub contractors, and the other hand has Ms. Ramming. UW is still putting together NIL introductory power point presentations for crying out loud.

You want to hope that she'll catch on that Husky fans don't like her, and she'll decide to quit. But there's a better chance that it'll just make her give an even shittier performance on her job.

Agree. That closeup someone posted was not good, but she's fine. I've known dozens of chicks that look just like her. I've had mental sex with all and actual sex with a couple. I regret none.
