We'll Make It Real Simple

I'd put today's loss about 90%+ on internal items with the team not being ready to play and 10% on weather/injuries
We lost this game before it even started today
This story happens every year in college football when Coach X starts having his name floated around going somewhere else when that noise becomes more of a reality. It's not hard to see.

My only question about this theory is just that we've looked exactly this shitty at every road game basically.
Was it actually that different?
That's the tell. It's not a game here and a game there. He can't play on the road. The problem has been established and acknowledged. Road performance is about coaching. UW, even with some soft spots here and there, UW should not lose to a team with zero offense. I'm not sure about Lanning overall but one thing you can say about him is that his teams don't disappear on the road. Jedd's absolutely do.
As to Jedd being in play and all that shit, what program in their right mind would Pat Haden hire this dude now? He has done exactly nothing to warrant interest from any major program. That would be a Sark to USC move at this point. I'll believe it when I see it.

Jedd is 100% already gone to UCLA. Same feeling as when kalen took the bama job and didn’t prepare for the natty.

there are also rumors he told a recruit he’ll be at ucla next year.

too many clues that he’s checked out and already agreed to take the ucla job, on top of his family hating Seattle

if Jedd leaves (unlikely — what AD would want to defend this hire now?), I think it's unlikely he raids the roster. He wasn't even able to get Arizona's best players to follow him.
And UW has a significant NIL operation that can help keep kids here, too. I don't even think Demond would for sure follow him.
I'd be more worried about the portal generally, versus anyone following Fisch.
Demond is 99.999999999% following Jedd
to UCLA? Is he gonna sit behind Nico? Doubtful.

UW is averaging 21.1 ppg in B10 play. Good for 11th in the conference. What player would want to jump back in with that kind of production? Whoever UW would bring in, whether Dickert, Eck, Mora, Dillingham, whoever, that seems like an easy conversation to have with any kids thinking of following Judd to UCLA. 21ppg is John Donovan territory.

I was specifically told that UW had the best wide receiver, running quarterback in the entire conference

Fuck all this. We aren’t very good. Name a good road performance by a Fisch UW team. I had a feeling this game was going to be tough.

Wisconsin has been playing a little better lately and played Oregon somewhat tough. We let them hang around, the weather got shitty, they started to believe, and we lost.

That's actually probably true if you adjust it and put Boston behind Smith and Tate. Don't know who's better than Boston besides those two guys.

winning on the road at camp Randall in November. It’s hard

what’s our identity? Does he still mention uw as the “33rd NFL team” or whatever that shit was.
There’s just something missing in his entire tenure. Just terrible on the road, and maybe that’s what this team truly is. I think we lose to ucla.
At home the team looks mostly okay but still not great. Except for special teams, special teams is awful wherever they play.

Once you see more committed recruits flipping to different programs in the next few weeks, will be the tell tale sign that Judd is jumping ship. No more communication is the first domino, he has about 2 weeks to go in dry on UW’s recruiting class.

1. Wife moves back “Home” (don’t blame her Seattle has turned into a shit hole).
2. Recruit flips to UCLA out of the blue, in the midst of a coaching change no less… Then proceeds to let everyone know UW hasn’t talked to him in a month
3. Penn St 4* Oline commit visits (Possible flip candidate) Has nice things to say about his layover in route to Seattle, then raves about his visit elsewhere.
4. Judd looks eerily similar to DeBoner after the NC loss, trying to describe what went wrong. How “Out of sync” the effort was tonight.

It only takes 2 or 3 years if its the wrong guy like Fisch
I know a coach who took a 4-8 team to 11-2 his first year
You see you can go out and get players now instead of whining about needing more time and years to recruit some
Fire the wrong coach ASAP. Always a god policy. And if you happen to stumble on a great coach then pay the fucking man
Karma is working against UW now

JFC you doog. They'd lost 6 straight and hadn't scored a TD in 15? quarters before garbage tim vs Oregon. The Ducks beat Wisconsin with their(Oregon's) 4th string QB. Wisconsin beat Washington with their punter. hth.
