I learned after the round today that my member guest host at Ranier Cc was on acid. He made some puts today, he got saved by a sprinkle head on an approach that was back spinning into the water and the rammed a 40 footer in to win the a hole. So I encouraged him to keep it going. Match tomorrow morning to get to the finals.
 
Went 17-3 in our morning match and won the flight by 2. Played the shootout +1 over 3 holes and came in 6th overall. Had a former college buddy that I haven’t seen in 20 years tell some weird sex stories about me in front of wife. She’s a bit weirded out (justifiably) and questioning lots of things. We’ll see how things look tomorrow.
 
We are good to go. Onto the Sahalee member guest in two weeks.

Missed the finals by one shot. Highlight was hitting on a darkhorse in the Calcutta that paid off $765 on a $10 bet. @huskybuck level ROI. Onto the last one of the summer in two weeks.
 
On my home course shortest Par 3 (125-160, over a pond), pulled off a Freddie Couples hole in 1 to make par after hitting my first in the drink.

Sigh. The life of a high variance golfer.
