WELCOME TO THE CADDYSHACK

I thought everyone here had Downs? Why am I even here if that's not the HH reality I've built for myself over all these years?
More Ass Burgers than Downs.
I'd peg the ass burgers / being on the spectrum rate here at being at least 10% or more.
That, or there are a lot of software engineers who post on this site.
I guess that's basically the same thing.
Being a shitty, pretend sales guy I have high emotional IQ and am low on the spectrum vs our computer noyds.

Your course doesn't corner the market on pretty houses and challenging greens
That said, I do look forward to getting down to Bend and playing 18 with you at some point this year
It was a joke, but still. Tetherow and Broken Top (private) are the most expensive courses real-estate wise. Sunriver and places like Brasada aren't aren't the same price point.
I almost shanked a ball into Belloti's back yard at Broken Top last year.
A REAL Dwag fan would have hit a stinger right through his fuckin window.
You think I've got that kind of control, bud?
VO2 max doesn’t translate to golf?

You can’t pull fat, pal.

lol the LIV vs PGA stuff is still going on?
What a broken sport. They better go cryofreeze Tiger.

There are times… during a match when it’s hot and humid, I’ve seen plenty of concentration loss and poor play from good golfers who don’t have any semblance of fitness while the variation from a fitter golfer is less. I benefit here unless it is so humid that the sheer amount of sweat I produce gets in the way (going through 3 gloves in a round is annoying).

Golf fucking kills me because it’s so little legs and is inside arm focused (right for a right handed golfer) than outside arm focused like sweep rowing is. So I suck at both sports.

That is insane. These guys are at an entirely different level. A lot of people don’t understand how big the gap between a scratch golfer and a tour pro is. I have a buddy that’s easily the best player I’ve ever played with, and he’s languishing on mini tours. He qualified for the US Open at Brookline in 2022 and missed the cut by a wide margin. Those dudes play a different game than the rest of us.

I play with or around scratch/nearly scratch amateurs all the time. To this day, even being 50 yards and several clubs shorter than I was just a few years ago, I feel like the only things separating me from them on the card are practice, focus, and consistency. Scratch is attainable even for this withered midget fish fucker.
Pro golf though. Um...no. when I was in my 20s and hitting short iron second shots in to par 5s I thought I could maybe be that good in time for the senior tour. What a joke. I'm the same age as a lot of senior tour guys now and I fell just a "a bit" short.

I used to think I’d like to take a crack at the senior tour, and then I got married and had kids, and I play once or twice a year. I have 9 years until I’d be eligible, and zero chance of that happening.

Vaginas and children...the bane of mens' dreams since the beginning of time.
