He ain't lying. Those of us who grocery shop are well aware of what is happening in the grocery store. But the good news is that gas prices came down .10 yesterday. Only $1.90 to go and then we can wait for prices on a everything to drop across the board. Sure.

Even with inflation, basic food is incredibly cheap in the US. Might be heavy on the carbs. It's not cheap if every dime you have or steal goes for drugs and alcohol. Bulk flour, rice, potatoes, sugar etc. If you have basic housing and you can't feed yourself or your kids, then you are stupid, selfish and lazy. Buying alcohol and drugs before feeding your kids and then blaming the man isn't the man's fault. Same with manicures, hair extensions, wigs, braiding, latest iPhone, lottery tickets etc.
