I'll disagree. The Germans learned about fake money and in 1939 they had a strong currency. Same with the Japanese. There were wars because strong men wanted to rule the world. The US in 1941 had a strong currency and didn't want war. But war came. It doesn't take two to fight, it just takes one and then the other has a choice, fight back or surrender.
