Well, we have done nothing to make it better and have many positions we wish to adopt that will make the likelihood of your being stabbed on public transportation or shoved onto the subway tracks higher. Plus you would have that feel good feeling when you pay your high taxes for extremely poor services which you don't get in Florida.
