Washington is beating Ohio State

NTX is usually my favorite quook poster but he is being a retard in here with the opposing fan takes
lol. I’m not saying it’s going to make an impact, I think you guys win this weekend, too. Just that they will bring a ton of people because that’s what they do anytime they play a big west coast game. Not sold on who Ohio state has played/how they’ve looked. Texas may not even be a top 25 team when all is said and done.

UW can't cover Smith one on one so they can't sell out to stop the run. It could get ugly quite honestly
Or Sayin misses the big plays and Demond doesn't
Can't wait

Sayin is making his first ever road start to the loudest environment in college football, where UW has won 22 in a row.
The UW offense is legitimately great. Too many threats to contain. Demond will have to be a bit more cautious and throw the ball away instead of playing superman and taking sacks. But they will get it done.
Ohio State is going to struggle to adjust to the crowd noise and will struggle to move the ball. I think UW blitzes far more than the conservative 4 man rush MO they did the first 3 weeks.
On the flip side, UW probably loses at Maryland.
I don't see us beating the #1 team after what I saw this week. I recognize it was a greased up Cuog in Pullman, but that was a one score game in the 4th quarter.

Our offense looked good, but there are concerns going into conference play. Aside from Boston, we? didn't have a WR with more than 1 catch vs Wazzu. If a team shuts down Boston, the offense will be in trouble. UW doesn't have a proven WR2, hope Evans fills that role. The running game is encouraging, but the number of negative rushing yards/plays makes me pause.

The defense is going to lose us games this season. There is zero quality depth in the secondary, they commit dumb penalties at bad times, and have trouble getting off the field.

Great to see Grady nail a long one.

WATBS, I've been waiting for a true dual threat QB since Tui. Demond has looked good vs non-conf., hope that continues into conf. play.

Ohio St. is talented but they are not a juggernaut. 14 points and 200 yards against Texas. Only had 13 points at half against Ohio Bobcats at home.
Day and Ohio St. really don't know what they are getting into with this road trip. Everything is harder on the road.
UW defense sucks but this will be the most dynamic offense the Buckeyes have faced.
I feel better about this game than at Maryland and at Michigan.

We won't know who we are until we get through the next two weeks. Such a brilliant take. But I just hope we can bring some 2000 Miami vibes to this game. It's one of those seasons where there really isn't a great team and you'd expect a bunch of good teams which will compete for the natty at the end of the year to have a dumb loss.
Tickets for the Maryland game are much higher than yesterday. Should have bought some already but was hoping to see the game time first. They might get a bunch of energy for that game, far more than Maryland football has had in a long time. I don't know which network has the priority game selection for 10/4, but the other B1G games that weekend pretty much suck. Minnesota at Ohio State is the only other one which could have the combined teams only having 1 loss.

Agree on the run game. I left the WSU game feeling a little discouraged. A noticeable lack of "road-grading" against a supposedly overmatched foe.
Luckily Demond can stretch the field vertically and horizontally and Coleman is a good pass catcher.

Michigan is a tough game on the road. I want to agree with @ntxduck but they have a good defense and we suck on the road until proven otherwise.

Just beat Ohio State. Nothing else matters!

I think we can stay with them for three quarters, but their line talent and overall talent is too much. It might be like 2007. We haven't beaten them since 1994. 0 fer 4.

I expected 8-4. Mary's lamb is supposedly good but it's hard to be scared of a turtle. 8-4 and top 25 and building for the future is not something exciting, but something Bill can live with. Of course, I kind of hate college foosball now, even with the $EC fading, so there's that.

I'm honestly worried it's going to be close to 50/50 with Ohio State fans. The Ducks in 23 and pretty much every Apple Cup was really thick with opposing fans and the sound was still always legit for both so it should be fine.
Another worry is Dwag fans like defense and I have noticed the wind get knocked out of the crowd after like 8 3rd/4th down conversions over and over again in recent games.
It won't be 50/50 but Ohio State will have 10k in the house.
It's still not quite a sell out as UW is still sending out flash sales and buy Ohio State/Rutgers tickets for $150 combined.
Only game I've ever seen a takeover at Husky Stadium was Nebraska 2010 when they had 20k total and (what is today the student section) a wall of red in the end zone and there was huge sections of Cornhusker fans all over the stadium. 15 minutes b4 game it looked like a neutral site game.
Net we will have 60k in the house.
Wasn't that the game that @SnoopDawg took the crowd photos of for our(?) anti-Sark agenda?

This game is going to look like the wazzu game only this time we? Will be wazzu.
The offense will move the ball and score. The defense won't have the talent to get stops. We? Will struggle to keep up and do stupid shit to try and flip a possession that will ultimately leave us further behind. Ex. An "unexpected" onside kick.

Michigan turned out as well as any opposing fanbase will and it doesn't matter at all with how the stadium is designed wrt noise.
I'm sure buck had an intimidating presence at Autzen because ..well ..
Michigan fans do not travel anywhere close to osu or Nebraska
It's not travel as much as it's transplants. A Lotta transplants from Michigan in Seattle/Washington.

UW wins if it gets to 35+ points.
Ohio State is not going to put up a ton of big plays on offense. Their path to winning is running the ball and sustaining longer drives to keep the crowd out of it for their freshman QB making his first road start, and to keep the UW offense off of the field.
UW's offense will probably only get the ball 7 - 8 times unless there are a bunch of tOSU turnovers on this week's McLaughlin Report.

Seems like Tacario Davis could be this years McMillan. Week to week until end of November.

I don't think so.
Nothing about Sayin has impressed me and he was playing at home against scrubs and Sark with Corky Manning putting up 7
