all depends on who the next DC will be and how they wanna play. My hope is they attack the LoS and don’t sit back and rush 4 all day. If Bala is the new DC, I think we see a pretty aggressive defense.
Why is Bala being discussed as the DC? Just because you’ve called plays before doesn’t mean you should do it in the Big 10. His defenses in FCS weren’t good.

Bala has been spoken about as DC material from the jump, even at Bama. Saban hired him. I'm still buying those vibes even if I don't really know why. It's the smartest move unless there's something shocking a la the Mariners getting a first baseman.
I'm 87% sure Bala is our DC.
