I buy one side of beef now each year from a rancher in Hysham, Montana whose cattle are open field raised and it’s just pure yet still has some nice fat/salt in the prime cuts.
Grass-fed beef needs to be finished with grain for at least a month before it's butchered to be tolerable. Way too lean.

Just started drinking mushroom coffee - anybody have any experience/results?
Yeah we threw it out, did not like it.
Replaced with these Japanese 'Boss' cold brew mini cans that are fucking awesome.
I just put a mushroom blend of powder in 1 cup of coffee a day. Not doing it currently. Not bad and good for ya.
Interesting stuff. Beef apparently is part of the Throbbers X algorithm now.
