It’s only a felony if they can prove you were aware of the law in the first place which makes it essentially impossible to prosecute effectively.

The same people that say "well if you have nothing to hide." Regarding government spying on citizens has a problem with the government looking at voter rolls.

Because they don't prosecute that crime in WA State and the people in power are the ones helping illegals vote.
 
And conservatives want federal elections to be conducted by federal election rules. You can rig your local dog catcher election but not Congressional and Presidential elections. Leftards rationalize dirty elections as long as leftards are "elected".
