100 push ups. 50 pull ups. Any order. 10 min or less.

Right now I can barely do a couple, let alone 5-100. I have reasons, but still ….100 pushups is easy even at my age. Pull ups are another story.
was thinking exactly the same, probably 5 minutes eachI could do both. But combined in 10 minutes or less, probably not. More like 15 minutes.
Preach brother. Preach.as haie indicated this is quite a challenge with certain builds. ngl it makes it really hard for me; I've been neglecting arms and doubt I can do the 100 pushups in 10 mins until I get better trained in that area.
Of course, form matters; do you have to touch your chin to the ground on each one? are pullups with your arms all the way down to close to straight? It's a lot easier if you don't have to go as far.
