OL coaches probably look better when the OC has a clue and the players believe in what is going on.
From Petersen through Lake the offense has been a shitshow with players sleep walking through their assignments.
If the offense is good and players are bought in, the position coaches are not that important. Except for recruiting. IMVHO.

Being out of shape and ngaf is a direct relationship to the staff regardless of the scheme. Huff was part of the problem and has been under multiple staffs now. Seen enough.
