So, what's everyone drinking tonight?

So far Harpoon Octoberfest but I plan to switch to liquor in a bit. I am leaning towards Makers on the rocks but my alcohol fancies are fickle.
 
I've got some Ninkasi Oktoberfest and Pendleton.

Agree, it is a huge disappointment. It doesn't even taste like an Oktoberfest. I was excited(sweatpants boner) when I found it at the store because I'd never seen it before, but I'm not impressed at all. Should have played it safe with the Sam Adams. Oh well, I'm gonna drink it anyway.

Exactly. If you say it's a certain style, it better taste like it. Lots of seasonal beers fail this basic test.

Breakfast of champions! True story, eons ago, in high school, local fungus harvesting was possible on the campus I attended. Fungus in morning milkshakes by more than a few eventually led to some pretty interesting behavior and a public service announcement by a very annoyed principal threatening expulsion. Makes me laugh just thinking about it decades later!
