I think there is a perfect replacement.
Familiar with UW football and the West Coast. Can let Jimmy call the defensive plays. One of the best recruiters in the game. National champion. Knows Cristo and his weaknesses.

Tosh learned a lot from Saban and the SEC. How to recruit better, different defensive strategies, fast food bags have a larger volume than coffee cups, how to manage full rosters.
 
I'm just looking forward to the meltdown when Jimmy promotes Gregory to be the new DC...
