I want a DC who doesn't get his shit pushed in by Stanford every year. Tired of watching that shit. BUT WE SHUT DOWN CUOG EVERY YEAR!

Flag away. Kwat is largely a good DC and I'm not complaining, but if the university is trying to pretend to be serious about football we should have the resources to hire someone good and not do the internal promotion shit. If they promote from within that tells me all I need to know about the Lake era.
 
peterman was the lube that eased the friction for kwat ... now that peterman is gone it's been raw-dogging and kwat is tired of this shit.

at some point even a lifer pnw guy like kwat is still a football guy first and foremost.

- with covid being a real thing
- pac 12 this year played 4 games ... 4!
- other parts of country take football seriously
- pac 12 cannot compete financially and the only two schools with a fighting chance are usc and oregon
- kwat will eventually want to know if he can make the top of the cfb mountain with top end resources and support at texas
- kwat doesn't have to worry about head coaching as sark is there (kinda lol)
- almost doubles his salary! holy shit

So Kwat takes a de-motion so Jimmy can stay and get paid more and when Lake finally becomes HC he has the audacity to not let Kwat run the defense how he sees fit. What a disaster this shit is.
