Yeah this is the first legitimately bad omission on the list. I had them in an earlier version and somehow omitted them. They can be a 1 seed in DoogBot's Hip Hop NIT.

I'd still take Lauryn Hill over them (she was legitimately transcendent for a couple years in a way Cypress Hill never was), but they deserve to be in the bracket.

I blame having to put Beastie Boys in to appease the bored mod.

I considered this but Wyclef straight up isn't a rapper. Hill was a rap/R & B mashup but at least she has rap skills, Wyclef doesn't have any.
