Jay-Z is great, but Andre3000 is quite possibly the illest mother fucker alive. OutKast is in my final four, and are my favorite to win this thing.

So how do you vote if it's overall chinfluence vs whom did you listen to far, far more in your youth? DNC has chintentionally has set me up for failure.
 
I think this would have been better by region. East coast, dirty souf, west coast, midwest/other? And kick out all the recent fags that use the same flow.

JayZ is great but never did anything that changed the game other than maybe discovering Kanye. OutKast was at ahead of its time lyrically and musically.

I’m g funk to my cure but OutKast would be a very worthy champion.

This was discussed but most of those regions end up as weak as the 10's in the bottom half if not weaker. East Coast is just so much deeper than everybody else.
