The guy with the 94-12 record gets to make these calls. I don't actually care which sideline the Huskies use, since it's probably only hot enough to matter during an average of >0.5 day home games/year.
Now in Tempe, where shade actually matters a lot, the Sun Devils inexplicably give the visitors the shady sideline:

These are the kinds of moments which make CP successful long term, and his program not beat themselves in big games. Conversely, this is exactly the opposite of how Sark would deal with it. Sark would probably slap him on the butt and enjoy the passion, however that passion would cost us in a close game just like every year.
There is a reason that lowly BSU has more guys in the NFL than UW. They prepare for long term success. It won't work on all kids, but it's obvious they create a culture where some of these idiot moves will either go away or the player will. I've been incredibly tired of watching players be undisciplined in this program for years. It's just fine for me that CP is setting a standard that shit talking is just fine, but you aren't going to show up coaches and your own players in the locker room.
