OT: story behind your username?

What compelled you to use that particular name? Why does @Swaye call himself Swaye? What is the story behind @TierbsHsotBoobs?

I'm a dork and William Ewart Gladstone is my favorite historical figure.

In regards to TierbsHsotBoobs, there is a small group of us with a private page on Facebook that existed before HH. @TommySQC had some sort of issue with some cops and posted a drunken mini-rant on our page that was indecipherable. You could tell he was pissed but that was about it.

So we began joking about it, and then I Photoshopped a fake Facebook post from Tommy that had him lashing out at cops and I typed "tierbs hsot boobs!" as a way to mimick his drunken posts that make no sense.

Soon after, as Hardcore Husky got launched, Sven took that and made it his handle here.

When I was first reading HH I lived in a house with a Dennis DeYoung mural in it. I came to terms with the fact that I was basically a Dennis and not a Tommy.

It stung, but I embraced it.

I used to post on doogman as MadisonHusky, when I lived in Madison. I think I used Mad_son on the first half brain site but I definitely did on the pit. Being angry was a lot more relevant description of my attitude towards Husky football than somewhere I lived once and so it has stuck.

I needed to pick a username and someone had picked "Polk High" or something Al Bundy related. It reminded me of Fox comedy on Sunday nights, back when t.v. wasn't faggy and retarded.
