it’s true - much more likely for this kind of incident in current day Spokane then current day CDA.

45 years ago, probably not. Today, definitely. Much higher ratio of white trash west of the state line. Sadly, it’s not even close.

The story doesn't pass the smell test so far. Should have been many outside witnesses as well but none interviewed for the article? As a cop we would have been looking for witnesses outside the group and video evidence from surrounding businesses. We should know something by now. If others haven't repeatedly pulled these hoaxes there wouldn't be so much speculation. If the department had evidence one would think they'd have made a statement to the press.

“We don’t want that out because we want someone to talk to us based on their own recollection,” Hagar said. “We always want to go with someone’s memory.”

Eye witness account more believable than video evidence. Well, I'll be. Anyone remember all the eyewitnesses to "Hands up, Don't shoot"

I mean, logic says when the Republican Governor, Lt Governor, Mayor and Sheriff didn't hestitate to condemn that behavior, maybe its apparent they know something. Like im pretty sure they know who's responsible and they've seen this behavior before, but want to gather as much evidence as possible.

But based on the responses of 90% of the posters on this board, that level of critical thinking is beyond your brains' capacity.
