Ok which one of you were in CDA?

Didn't this type of thing "happen" at BYU a couple years back and it was proven to be a false claim of racist harassment made by a Duke volleyball player?
The libs only read the headlines to jump to conclusions. I will LIPO.
BYU: It wasn't proven one way or the other. But the claim went unproven and is widely doubted. Could have happened. Could have been a lie. Could have been misheard. No one but the one player claimed to have heard it.
Now do the one where a basketball coach and deputy AD travel with a team and supporters, all of whom would necessarily be witnesses, file a police report and choose to disrupt their own team by moving from one hotel to another all while preparing to play in the NCAA tournament. You might need to explain why anyone would choose to lie about this under these circumstances.
And not a durned camera phone in that whole entourage.
You and I don't know one way or the other what evidence exists.
And you obviously can't come up with a motive for making the whole thing up.
I could but it’s probably not as outlandish as what goes through a group of 20 year old female woke brains.

What was Jussie's motive?

So, a traveling party of dozens can all be counted on to tell the same lie.
Man! I'm pretty cynical, but you take the cake, PT.

So by all means call everyone a racist then
JFC
You're not reading carefully.
I've only called you an apologist for racists.
Still going on about this?

I’ve only heard one person tell the story, the coach, and she wasn’t even there.
Then you haven't been following the matter very closely.
I’ll care about maybe it when there’s video and dozens of people talking about it. Only a Retard would be following it closely. See.

But forming an opinion without following it is pure genius. Obviously.

Isn't the burden of proof on the prosecution?
