Penix seems to have lost his touch. He is better in the middle of the field. I hope this is Grubbs setting the stage for the second half. But our big black Penix need to relax and let the feeling be the guide.

God I love my big black Penix.
 
Anytime you have the opportunity to score only 7 in the first quarter at Stanford you just have to take it.
 
Either the dropoff from Injured Penix to Morris is THAT dramatic, or Penix has an incentive based NIL deal based on % total offensive snaps or something weird and they’re helping him get there.
 
Anyone hear the ijit play by play guy said what “find” Penix was out of the Portal? Like DeBoer never heard of him.

Really hard to say at this point there's nothing wrong with Penix.

As Hugh said on KJR weeks ago. This is a elite offense in the passing game and jaggy at everything else on O and D.

it's trending towards dropping is and replacing it with was.

 
Everything's going to shit at the same time. Penix and therefore the offense are shitting the bed right as USC is overcoming a 14-point 4th quarter deficit to take the lead against lowly Cal. We can't have nice things.

There’s a poor taste joke regarding Spencer vs Pat Tillman in this game somewhere, but I’ve yet to find it.
 
Anytime you have the opportunity to be tied with Stanford you just have to take it.

This is not a #5 performing team at all.
