This may be the most fascinating State of the Union ever given what could be at stake …
Biden desperately needs a strong speech to keep up the illusion that he's mentally capable for another 4 years. It's almost impossible to see him winning in November if he is where he is today (or worse) continues …
Biden showing that he's not capable has the chance to further momentum of Biden bowing out around the Democratic National Convention and doing a bait and switch. Obviously the "who" would be part of the switch would be interesting … but it's also why it is so important for Trump to go out and advocate for why he's the right choice and what his policies are to turn things around versus going after Biden and why Biden isn't the right choice.
It's going to be an absolutely fascinating speech tonight … and that's before you get to the entire policy and substance aspect of his speech.

I wouldn't look for substance or policy. Just blaming maga and whitey for all the ills.
What is interesting to me is leaks about Kamala coordinating with Fani Willis and them both caught red handed lying about it

So, not only are we paying for the forgiven student loans but now we are buying the millennials houses, too?

It's Obama's playbook. The monthly payment for median home has gone up 2x since Biden took over. $5k to a buyer covers them for like 3-4 months on that difference. Still makes no sense for a seller.
 
Biden is going to need to executive order the free shit he's going to promise. It's all DOA in congress

Buyers aren't paying commissions out of pocket. At least not yet. Class action lawsuits could be changing that.
