Ok, so upon my unqualified layman's research, sounds like blending the seeded berries- e.g., raspberries and black berries actually might lower their glycemic load. Not sure on the blue berries and guessing it's not ideal on the nanners.@YellowSnow #FuckVanilla

Without getting into any specific sins of Nestle, I generally don't trust multi-national food conglomerates. I don't trust them for a second to add weird and/or addictive chemicals and preservatives to the mix. Let's be honest about the fact Nestle mostly sells ultra processed food stuffs. They got their start selling sugar (chocolate).
