The Kurds have neither the numbers or the hardware to mount any kind of real offensive.

They are going to be taking and holding traditionally Kurdish territory to establish an autonomous zone just like they did in Iraq.

Strategically, it's a thorn in the IRGC side, but it also means they can just give up that part of the country to focus on other things.

The only meaningful thing it can amount to is trying to establish (a small) Kurdistan and pissing off the Turks.

There's an island where in the Kurd region (literally an island) that produces a shitload of oil.

Kurds take that and its another denial of petro source to China.

I’ll be patient for about a month but the Iranian people need to step up and take this. An opposition leader really needs to emerge….preferably someone who’s visited the country in the last 30 years and who isn’t totally CIA corrupted.

There isn't a sane person in that whole fucking administration from what I see. Hegseth is probably too busy looking in a mirror at his greased back hair, blue suit, and neat little handkerchief to notice that Russia has been terrorizing Ukraine for years with those cheap Iranian drones. They like them so much they are making their own Russian variant. It costs us like a 100/1 ratio in $$$ expenses to shoot them down too.
