You’re not replacing Richardson with Hawkins. He took a promotion he wasn’t going to get at UW. He was a defensive analyst and the assistant to the recruiting director here. Now he’s an on field coach. Hard to fault Jedd on that one. House was the real loss. Waters and the WR are tough but no one really knows how good they may actually turn out. If you had Bill taking a college job and raiding UW on your bingo card when they hired Steve then let me know what your stock tips are.

I just want to complain about Fisch. I feel I've been plenty patient and realist with him but the ship should be turning now and I'm not sure that's the case.

As I told @dirtysouwfdawg via sexting, the thing that sucks with these transfers to NC because of Bellicheck and I’m including the guy who was a recruiting analyst is that Fisch is losing some depth pieces between House, Waters and Robinson and coaching depth as well with the recruiting analyst.

Seriously, think about it. Can you imagine Don James inviting in a legendary coach and hiring his son, and then the dad and son get jobs elsewhere and take some of James' players with them? Could you ever see that happening in 10,000 years?
Same with Saban, Carroll, Ryan Day, Dabo Swinney, Dan Lanning, etc?
