Unarguably our two best returning defensive players. Fisch should have told Belichick to fuck off the minute it was clear he was heading elsewhere. Clearly keeping Steve around did not help us in the bowl game but it did allow him to pick Fisch's pocket. This was data point #45 in proving that Fisch is not serious about winning at UW.

You’re not replacing Richardson with Hawkins. He took a promotion he wasn’t going to get at UW. He was a defensive analyst and the assistant to the recruiting director here. Now he’s an on field coach. Hard to fault Jedd on that one. House was the real loss. Waters and the WR are tough but no one really knows how good they may actually turn out. If you had Bill taking a college job and raiding UW on your bingo card when they hired Steve then let me know what your stock tips are.
