it's interesting because i know a couple former Stanford players from the Harbaugh years and these guys were taking engineering and math...the only thing they said Stanford does to coddle them is to encourage them to take the course load from 4 down to 3 so they don't get overwhelmed. some of them do it and some don't. either way it's not interesting.
 
I like to pray to God and listen when he tells me leaving Stanford is the best thing for my future. I like to do that.

All I meant is that I suspect that many applicants would not get into Stanford if they were applying as part of the general population.
