Kicking out illegals that were renting via Biden illegal importing of illegals answers a lot of the rent price increases. Less competition reduces rental prices when the illegal government is willing to overpay to promote their color revolution trying to end America.

I just pay attention to everything... I'm not an ideologue.... prices in the stores where most people shop hsve definitely not gone town... he was dumb to promise they would.. but Trump especially with tarrifs owns it. And the midterms were lost when Trump pushed tarrifs....
