We didn't know what we didn't know. It took a while for the info to spread and much longer to find out it was all a plan by the Demonrats and ChYna to take over the country and crash America. The massive collusion between elected leaders, government agencies, big pharma, tech and censorship against any pushback for canceling lockdowns and vaxes was unprecedented. I don't think communists countries manage that much control.
