This is what we have to get used to ... if you become a player you got to get used to being played from time to time.

it's better to be on the inside looking out rather than on the outside looking in.

Thing is, it still takes coaching. It still takes development. Over the past 10 years there have been about 20 CBs that were at least 6 feet tall and ran a 4.40 or under in the 40, and only seven of them were taken in the 1st round.

Most of them got what I think of as the ol' "USC Special" or the "Texas Special," where a guy doesn't get proper coaching and development so he should have been a 1st rounder, but gets taken in the 2nd or 3rd because he's still a phenomenal athlete.
