Kari Lake꞉ ‘We’re BURNING It ALL to the GROUND’!!

Deserves Owen.

Deserves centrist response.

An Arizona judge has dismissed most of Kari Lake’s election lawsuit contesting the victory of her opponent, Gov.-elect Katie Hobbs (D), after Lake for weeks seized on unproven voter fraud allegations….

Oops!

…. “Plaintiff must show at trial that the [Election Day] printer malfunctions were intentional, and directed to affect the results of the election, and that such actions did actually affect the outcome,” the judge said of the first remaining count in Monday’s order.

Sounds like a homerun to me. Lake should be installed by February.

Maybe you ask around how Discovery works and get back to us.

You should tell me what you think the end result will be.

You should tell us why you support all the election day shenanigans in our nation.

I don’t support Election Day shenanigans when they happen.

Like illegal mail in voting? That happened. Dirty voter rolls? That happened. No voter ID and/or signature validation? That happened. Printers and scanners going down on election day Tuesday after being "tested" on Monday? That happened. Illegal ballot harvesting? That happened.

Everyone remembers mello bemoaning the election cheating.

Sounds like it’ll be an open and shut case and that no judge could ever find in favor of Lake’s opposition.

Getting 80% of the case dismissed is a good start.

Been listening as I steal labor before the holidays. Two really good witnesses for #OurKari. The lawyer isn't great about getting to the good stuff, but the witnesses are fucking on point. 19 inch dude knows his printer shit.

Defendants lawyer just asked the witness, who earlier testified that no reconciliation took place on chain of custody by the county on election night, "is reconciliation of ballot counts really that important"?

But, aw geez, I don’t think folks will like how this ends up.

I agree, the judge will probably side with Hobbs despite the 292k ballots that had no chain of custody on them.

Our mythical MBA said there was nothing to be concerned about because there were internal controls. Of course, not following the internal controls and required documentation are just suggestions and the vote harvesters and counters are all very fine well intended individuals.

Based on what evidence? Use big words

”Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani told Newsweek that Lake's lawsuit is so "frivolous on its face," he's surprised Thompson didn't dismiss it entirely.

Rahmani said aside from the fact that Lake didn't present any evidence proving intentional printer interference or evidence that ballot chain of custody was violated, "Mere conclusionary allegations aren't enough.”

“…Although Lake promised to unveil bombshell revelations that proved she won the election, evidence presented in the two-day trial was lackluster and didn't appear to meet the standards set by Thompson.

Hmm, based on….no evidence? But tweets from Flag Eagle Patriot News tell the real story, not Newsweek, I know.

I agree that she isn’t winning this thing, but you and the media claiming that 292k ballots with a huge gap in chain of custody isn’t evidence, is pretty fucking pathetic.

If they let all this shit slide our nation is indeed finished.

The Arizona gubernatorial election was the final straw for you, huh?

If they can cheat and there are no consequences what would you call it? I realize cheating is ok as long as it's your team. High morals.
