Meh. This is just classic confirmation bias. It's telling because we want it to be telling. But these exact comments are made by players every single time there's a regime change. Sometimes they're telling, sometimes they're not. Time will tell.

I love Jaxson but we don't need/want him back next year. Next to Maurao, Troy Fautanu is the most impressive OL recruit we've had sign with UW in a long time and he needs to play this year. He has a way higher ceiling than Kirkland in my opinion.

He doesn't have to play LT. He can start at either tackle or guard spot.

Yep, I have no problem with Kirkland playing as long as that means that younger guys who deserve their shot aren't getting passed over due "seniority" the way they did during the Pete era.
