The teams that will capitalize on the NIL stuff with recruits are the schools that will say "we know how much you hate school but here's a way that you may be able to buy a 30k diamond necklace in college and start a clothing line with your Twitter handle on it".

UW's approach seems to be the exact opposite of this

I was optimistic when Cohen was hired but she’s zero to earn continued optimism. She seems like she is way over her head.

Alternate theory. Upper campus doesn’t give a fuck and Cohen knows it so she doesn’t give a fuck.

trooj has the strongest donor support but facilities are average? how is oregon not #1 for all phil has chipped in (both academis and sport)?

ucla just barely got a full length football practice field and that put them over the top in facilities?

zona at 1 for potential mbb success. we?'re just not gonna let go of the 'sean miller needs just a bit more tim' are we?

Arizona has already been caught fucking up to their max fuck-up-potential. It’s also in basketball, which has been shown to be corrupt beyond reasonable doubt.

USC, meanwhile, has a fuck-up ceiling that goes sky high. They have endless potential to fuck up all over the board. A football program that had to vacate a national championship. Lots of screen time on the national news with the athletics admission scandal that involved senior AD personnel and several coaches. And those things are just scratching the surface of their potential.

Husky Maven: Wide receiver Ja’Lynn Polk and quarterback Alan Bowman probably didn’t make any firm plans to meet again, but on September 11, on 9/11, they’ll hold a Texas Tech reunion in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

That day, Polk will be wearing University of Washington football colors, Bowman the Maize and Blue for Michigan.
