Overall point: it's real slippery slope that hearkens back to some dark times in this cuntry, private citizens and local/state law enforcement included. SB4 got blocked immediately by the 5th Circuit. Why?It did not. It was an abbreviation, Txs, a poor one but I never thought it meant "Texas citizens". Texas law enforcement yep. But since citizen arrests are quite real I imagine Texans certainly could do that since it is a crime.The magabot tweet said "Texans" and I half-heartedly baited the Cliven/Ammon Bundys of this forum.
