The WR issue/question to me is going to be vastly overblown
Demond isn't necessarily your typical QB as so much will come off of the threat of the run game
Boston is clearly a WR1 and has a very good chance to be a Day 1 NFL pick … at worst he'll be a Day 2 guy
The #2 receiving option on this team will be DeGraaf … there's a lot of opportunity for him to be involved in play action off of the run game
The TE that we brought in from USC is more than useful and to me is very indicative of the fact that we're going to run a lot of 2 TE sets with him as the primary blocking TE and thus freeing up DeGraaf as the receiving option
The WR from Penn St had a huge YPC and that also fits in what is going to be in play with Demond as shots should be in the cards as safeties cheat up … he's going to be the HR threat whereas Boston will be more of the possession and go to option.
The recruiting class also has a lot of youth coming in that is very talented … I'll be incredibly interested in seeing what they bring to the table this year. WR is a position where talented freshmen can come in and contribute fairly easily.
I'll need to go back and watch the game with Louisville again as that's probably the cleanest look as to what the offense will look like with Demond (Oregon was a different beast) …
Assuming the OL can get to league average (at minimum) then I'm not concerned about the offense at all

Actually this is good timing because I listened to The Bill Simmons podcast about the movie Blue Chips and they were like there's the beat reporter for the local team who is gung ho about destroying the program he is covering for his newspaper that's not realistic and I laughed my ass off. You've never heard of the Seattle Times. Was also annoying as shit because in the movie the team's season ends in the regular season they went on for a while about how that wasn't realistic why wasn't there a conference tournament? The team is clearly UCLA in the movie and the Pac-12 didn't have a conference tournament until the mid-2000s.
