Had lunch with 3 of my former interns yesterday. Incredibly smart and bright and have new ways of looking at things. All now have total comps over 300K while they're in their 20s.
I'm just glad we had the opportunity to get the best and brightest from their respective universities and not some dipshit high school loser from a trade school who can do one thing.
