But what’s really impressive is they’re not scared to walk around DT Seattle. You might want to ask them questions on where they find their bravery and it might inspire you.
I doubt they walk on the bad parts of 3rd Avenue or by Pioneer Sq. I have. It's disgusting.
These areas were certainly disgusting when I first had to go back into the office. Looked like a 3rd world country.

As time has gone on , it has gotten better. It’s not perfect, but it is moving in the right direction with still a lot work to do.

As for pioneer square, I’ve walked right through that at 4 AM in the morning, not once did I feel threatened. But I’m also not scared of my own shadow so there’s that.
Yesler looked like shit last time I was down there, which was probably 2023. I don't live in the area, for many reasons. You probably like it.
