Don't watch Alex Jones. Just happened to notice on the side bar of my X main page that HAARP was a big serch today. Looked for none of it. I can't trust my country but evidently you got vaxxed.
 
Yes you can probably seed a hurricane, but there’s no way to control where it goes. Missed all the blue parts except Atl. Unusually warm water temps in the gulf this year so a big hurricane is not a surprise. And yes, they do occasionally go inland like that.

If they wanted to seed a hurricane and could control it they would have aimed it at Trump. Then planted a shooter for good measure.

My point is none of this can be said with certainty. Maybe they can create and steer hurricanes, maybe they can't.
It's not like the government has ever been forthright in what they divulge to us.
