They do seed clouds. Did it in the UAE around the time of record rainfall
Fact checkers said yes the clouds were seeded but climate change caused the rain

The minimal news coverage tells me something weird is going on here. A tornado flattens a trailer in Kansas and it leads the news.

Yes seeding can cause rain.... they had no need to in this situation... it was already massive.
