Not according to the marxist labor theory of value which is subscribed to by the US leftards. The brilliant work of the Kathleen Kennedy's of Disney who destroyed their best brand names certainly deserved the hundreds of millions they got paid for their hard work. Screw the market theory of value which would have charged them millions for their "work".

Too much welfare drives up the demanded wage of people on welfare to get off of welfare and they gain no skills to raise their wages. So illegals are needed to offset that, who also need welfare. Mean while government crushes 16-18 year olds who would be willing to work at less than the minimum wage but aren’t allowed to.

And all of this is only possible because the government has the fed to finance it with fake money.

Minimum wage hikes also drive up the labor floor leaving anyone underneath it to sit on welfare.
Illegal labor exacerbates the problem.
