Fair enough. You can believe in Santa and claim you are right for all I care. That would certainty fit in with your well-known posting pattern on this website.

I have a group of friends that are super healthy and do things like 100 miles in the woods on trails for fun. Not a one has ever mentioned cold brewing coffee as being a part of their routine.

I thought maybe there would be more substance there. Thanks for the response.

I only do water and cold brew until 1-2pm on a normal workday. Then a small amount of meat, fermented vegetables, and cottage cheese or Greek yogurt. Sometimes a boiled egg. Or just nothing until dinner. I row/swim/sauna at around 4 so yes some days I'm about to puke.

I used to mix in marshmallow root soaked water and probably should do that again. Haven't found a better consistenly high energy level doing anything else.

Plus with that routine I can drink beer and still be 6' 175 lb and lean/cut.

I should start a pawz 2.0 thread.

I can't morning fast. It's miserable.

I do love the fermented vegetables and can munch on the premium, raw sauerkraut all day.

People forget that the row peter puffer machine is the best thing of all time for staying lean/cut. 6'6" 205 here and zero beer gut in spite of plenty of beer at middle age.

I got @PurpleBaze whipped into shape with the Concept 2!

Wait, you touted 6'7". What's next, you're 5'haie, gay, and morbidly obese?

Been rowing consistently and like a madafaka since the beginning of November. Packing on some muscle and getting skrong.

Just did 4000m + 1000m on an Assault rower in a twash-as-fuck Hilton.
