No doubt, he seems like a REALLY weird guy - intense in an odd way - brother seems to have gotten all the "normal guy" genes. But for turnaround projects and to get teams confident in themselves again, I can think of few better.

So, he turned around the worst college program in the country in three years, then went to the NFL and summarily went to the NFC championship game or Super Bowl every year save for one.
