A tight end blocks? Are you sure? Next thing you'll tell me is that a full back blocks as well. My head is exploding. Also, regarding Moore's production/contributions? Blocking was included.

Sorry, I don't see Roadie as one who refrains from having an opinion. He doesn't obnoxiously call people out and he states his belief and rarely straddles the fence.

This is where he differs from CanukDawg. That and he exudes football knowledge.

Roebick, Rashid Williams, Lawson, the senior we just got, a couple highly rated freshmen, and the guys that redshirted. It’s a deeper, more competitive group at WR. I would love for someone to “replace” Boston, but a group of WR’s being better

Pretending like Quentin Moore is a huge loss is ridiculous. I think Quentin Moore is a pretty good player too, but a guy that caught 5 passes his whole career is not a huge loss.

Better OL, improved QB play, a deeper group with more options at WR. The offense will be better.

Yeah rosters change but you need the guys coming in to be better than the ones going out.

Again Moore isn't a big loss but it's a loss when you don't have anyone behind him you trust. It's about value over replacement

So at WR were going to be young and hopeful for 2027. Doesn't seem like an upgrade to me

RB can pop early but I'd still rather have Muhammad

There is a TE on the roster who transfered from USC and did fine before getting hurt. There are 4 star recruits who will get a chance to compliment DeGraaf.

Denying that there are serious question marks at WR and RB is asinine. The argument that UW will be better on offense revolves entirely around "guys who haven't done anything yet will be better than guys who have".

Needing multiple true freshman to hit works at Georgia and Ohio State. It remains to be seen at UW, and unilaterally stating that the offense will be better is a garbage take. It's right to call that out.

Out of one side of the doog's mouth it's "Coleman is a stud, future NFL starter" and out of the other it's "dude is a soft quitter". Mohammed DOMINATED Oregon, right? Remember those few days? "We could have won that gayme!" And now he's JAG.

And dropping LIPO to someone rebutting the statement that the offense WILL be better is some PGOS dumbfuckery.

I'm not dying on this hill I'm saying as it stands there's no one we trust at tight end. Well documented issues with Degraaf even though I do think he has awesome skills and hope he hits his ceiling. The SC guy is playing full back so he's probably not elite but maybe he can block well.

Most years you can see players play a bit and see the trajectory going way up like Roebuck last year. Hoping guys that did nothing last year become key contributors this year is not sustainable. Having said that Rashid Williams had me kind of excited before he got injured. Was that his knee? Hope he's back to 100% this year

It’s going to be better because Demond is a talented QB and QB’s are often better when they have experience. I fully expected him to make a jump before his quick scandal and I still do. A improved OL will also help. There are question marks and by no means do we have one of the top offenses in the country, but it’s not a dire situation either. There is potential to be pretty damn good.

We won’t have to score 30+ points every week to win. We can’t have games of 7, 10, 13 etc. We have to score 20+ even in struggle games. I think we will have less clunkers this season than last.

It's rare I disagree with Roadie, but to claim the offense will be better is wishful thinking at this point. It is true that guys come and go for all schools, and there are always surprises. But that's not evidence that UW will be better on offense.

The only material loss on offense was Boston who was injured some of the time. I won't minimize it but it won't likely be fatal. Having a better OL, a talented QB in his second full year of starting and a young crew of capable receivers (plus an experienced portal pick up) might be enough to offset the loss of a part time Boston. Yeah, losing RVB could be the eventual straw that breaks the camel back, but still.

I would be more confident if Jedd had shown the inclination to better scheme considering Demond's talents (or even better, flaws) especially with an improved OL.

This whole bored seems to have reverted to the old posidawg vs negadawg debate. There are plenty of valid reasons to be optimistic if you don't start off with a negative mindset.

To each his own.

I will judge the offense on how they do against 0regon, Indiana and PSU/USC versus how they did against Michigan, tOSU and 0regon.

I'll take the over (and holding my ass cheeks against Indiana).

No, I wouldnt. He played well in two games, and other than that was mediocre.

Coleman did fine against Boise when he was less banged up, dude was pretty hurt in conference play.

RB is one of the most plug and play positions there is and success is mostly predicated on OL.

It's hilarious how people who are negative here turn players into doog legends while thinking the coaching, program, and team all suck.

You and your podcast were all high on Coleman and I can pull the receipts. I repeatedly said he was nothing special and has trouble reading blocks, as well as breaking tackles.

I never said Muhammad was a legend. I said he showed great promise as the season wore on. And I never hid from the fact that I loved Coleman in 2024, and then began questioning him in 2025. I even repeatedly posited that he might have mailed it in this past season. So there's no need for "receipts" except you like saying that in a sentence. And he DID break tackles and run hard in 2024, but that Jonah disappeared seemingly after he got paid and/or injured.

If we're going to have dialogue it has to be sincere and fair. You're creating gotcha moments that don't even exist in reality.

Im using hyperbole just like you are. I would not be touting him as the best RB in the B1G. Ive never once said any UW player is the best in the B1G.
