Newman's a great villain.
Newman is 1B for me with Puddy at #2.
But Frank is one of the funniest characters in the history of TV. Fucking genius shit.
Puddy is typically the first secondary character who I think of in this instance. Frank is funnier though.
Puddy is pretty fucking funny.
He's how I think of all you dorks (hi @Doogles ) who wear jerseys to games!

I have never regularly watched or cared for Seinfeld and it's only because of the studio laughter. Curb is my favorite comedy series bar none (The Office w Carrell is 2nd). I know it's weird. I can't handle anything with background laughter, audience or canned. I hate being told what's funny. I'm the judge of that. I wish I could get over it but I don't think I'm going to at this point. I never liked South Park either and I love The Simpsons. Different reasons, but my hard-headedness about it is the same.
It's unfair for me to vote, so I won't, but Newman's aura always gave me a chuckle. I loved the part where he was slain by a Dilophosaurus.

Bone is my all-time favorite athlete and that will never change. Legendary clip for we Ms fans. Don't have much else.

Steinbrenner was pure genius. In terms of making me laugh the most times, I'd have to go with Frank Costanza
I hate laugh tracks and it makes watching Seinfeld now painful.
