Buddy of mine was riding on "Lady Washington" last night - the pirate ship in Commencement Bay l. He's a fairly conservative dude to say the least. Anyhow, he texts me that the Climate Change Governor, Jay Inslee is on the boat with him. Sends me a photo as proof. Invites me down for drinks at Rock the Dock in Tacoma when ship drops them back off. I see Jay, who's wearing kind of like a nautical version of a where's waldo shirt and levis jeans get off the boat and walk up to the parking lot....
What does he get into to drive away?
