Forgot about Sons of Anarchy. Loved that show in spite of the hilarity of the fake gun battles. Everything else was great. Guns, strippers, violence, and motorcycles...yes please.

I do have a very strong place in my heart @Swaye for Arrested Development. Grand pappy Yella lived just across Newport Harbor from the Banana Stand. Still have close family frens that live a block away from it. Me and @UW_Doog_Bot had the first ever So Cal HH chapter meet up at a brew pub just down the road as well.

For some reason that picture reminded me of the greatest show ever produced:

Cosmos. OG, not the new one, although the new one isn't bad (it just tries way too hard to be the original). We should strap every sixth grader in America into their chairs, prop their eyes open with toothpicks Clockwork Orange style, and make them watch the whole series.

Ok. I think we could have an education/documentary/movies that teach something bracket too.

Call it the Substitute Teacher TV on a Cart VHS bracket

Ken Burns Civil War
Cosmos old and new
Ken Burns Vietnam
School House Rock
Ken Burns Jazz
WW2 in Color
Planet Earth I and II
Ken Burns Baseball
Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown

John Adams mini series
Generation Kill mini series
Darkest Hour
Dunkirk
Tora Tora Tora
The Big Short

Just off the top of my head...I’m sure there’s lots more

I'll consult with my seeding committee ( @Doog_de_Jour and whom ever else wants to volunteer ), but I think we'll keep this tournament to best 32 shows of all time for Drama, Sitcoms, Cartoons, Crime/Action, etc. Talkshows, comedy sketches, documentaries, mini series can be fodder for the REAL off season.

I’ll gladly help out with seeding @YellowSnow if you need help.

Damn. Forgot about mini series. John Adams, Generation Kill, Shogun, The Young Pope...so much awesomeness.

That said, they should be in a different tournament.

Agree, miniseries are a different animal.

But now I want to put on GenKill for the 10th tim.

I'm with all of you. I'd do a 16 bracket NIT for miniseries and specials. Though Band of Brothers wins that going away.

Hondo's white guilt will vote for Roots though. Cook it.

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Breaking Bad
Eastbound and Down
Band of Brothers (fuck you this counts)
Trailer Park Boys (someone here maybe @DoogieMcDoogerson recommended it and I am thankful. They get bonus points for the Nate MacKinnon cameo)
Top Gear (British version obviously)
Celebrity Deathmatch
Chappelle’s Show
Crank Yankers
The Man Show (remember when Comedy Central was funny and Kimmel wasn’t a cuck?)[/s]

Sorry gotta cross that out and add PEAKY FUCKIN BLINDERS in there.

Honorable mention: SPORTS and also The Angry Beavers for @BennyBeaver

Good call on Top Gear UK. I would swap that one in place of Pee Wee on my list.
